NEIECC Co-Share Program
Employer-sponsored child care assistance
The Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Coalition (NEIECC) Co-share program is an innovative partnership designed to help employers share the cost of child care with their employees. Through this program, your employer pays a portion of your tuition costs directly to help lower your family's monthly expense.
Is Your Employer Participating?
If you work for a participating business, contact your Human Resources department to get your private application link. Once approved, you’ll be able to use your childcare benefits right here at our program!
What If My Employer Isn't Participating Yet?
You can help bring this benefit to your workplace! Employers across Northeast Indiana are looking for ways to support working parents, and many simply don't know this program exists.

State Assistance Vouchers (CCDF)
The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF)—often referred to as child care vouchers—is an Indiana state program designed to help lower-income families pay for high-quality child care and preschool.
Who Qualifies?
Indiana residents with a child under 13 years old.
Parents or guardians who are working, attending school, or enrolled in job training.
Families whose household income meets state eligibility guidelines (typically at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level).
